Preparing for Your Session
What to Expect
First and foremost...expect to have FUN! We pride ourselves on the
casual, easy atmosphere that we provide our clients. Do NOT expect
your session to be stiff, formal or "posed" in any way.
When most people arrive at the studio, they need a little time to
get settled, primp, or change. We schedule plenty of time for your
session, so don't feel that we have to get started right away. Make
sure that you arrive a few minutes early to allow your child to get
comfortable with us. Avoid arriving too early, though, so that
children do not lose their patience waiting on us to finish a previous
session.
If your child is sick on the day of the session, please call
to reschedule your appointment. We would much rather reschedule than
to have you less than thrilled with the results. If your child does
not feel well, it will show in the finished portrait.
We openly request that you voice your opinion! If you have a
specific request in mind for the background / props / etc... please
let us know. These are your precious memories and we truly want you
to be satisfied with every detail.

After Your Session
What's Next
After your portrait session is over, we will schedule your theater
room proofing session for a time within the next week. This will be
when you make your finished print order. Please be sure to notify
your family, friends or any others who will be making a decision on
the finished prints so that all purchasing parties can attend this
session. We offer a full range of custom photo products with ala
carte prints starting at $45 and collections starting at $495. We
schedule one (1) full hour for this session so we can help you if you
have any questions about our products or services. It is advisable to
have a general idea of what you will be purchasing so that this
session will go smoothly and you will be satisfied with your final
order. Ask us for your FREE "Portrait Planner" to assist you with
making your final order decisions - you will be amazed at how easy the
selection process can be with this helpful resource!
Once your order is paid for in full, we will enter it into the
fulfillment system and have it ready for pickup within approximately 4
weeks.
